As a group we are happy to assist new members in giving advice on their projects but please note the group is not a teaching group.
We meet with like minded people from in and around Shepperton Surrey.
The group makes and donates quilts to
St Peter's Hospital, NICU Unit in Chertsey,
The Evelina Children’s Ward at St Thomas’s Hospital
Project Linus, including the Quilts for Care Leavers Initiative.
Where:- The Greeno Centre, Glebeland Gardens, Shepperton TW17 9DH, just off Shepperton High Street. The Greeno Centre has its own car park with disabled bays and has flat access for disabled and wheelchair users.
When:- We meet on the third Friday of each month from 7:00 - 9:00pm. The evening begins with refreshments and natter and begins promtly at 7.30pm
We have a monthly raffle with quilt related prizes, a sales table. All proceeds go to the group funds and help towards our events.
The annual membership fee is £40, non-member guests are very welcome at £8 per meeting payable at the door. First non speaker meeting is free.
